Last but not least, the home features a cosy patio – perfect for quiet evenings. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

In close to proximity to Clapham Common and Battersea Park, this home is the perfect location for tourists and professionals alike. A multitude of parks are a few minutes away and you are surrounded by hundreds of great restaurants and bars. With so many tube stations a few steps away, you have easy access to anywhere in London.

The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.

Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy perfect for your stay.

We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted.
