From time to time, Harding Green may acquire another estate agency, property business, client portfolio, database or other business or assets.

Harding Green operates through a central employed team together with self-employed property agents, consultants and other property professionals.
Clients ordinarily instruct Harding Green Limited. Personal information may be accessed by those employees, agents and consultants who reasonably require it to provide or support Harding Green services.
Harding Green is generally responsible as controller for personal information collected and processed through Harding Green’s systems, property portals, enquiries, instructions and client relationships.
Our self-employed property professionals operate under contractual arrangements with Harding Green and are required to comply with appropriate confidentiality, information security and data protection requirements.
Some self-employed agents may also have established their own professional contacts or client relationships independently of Harding Green. They may have separate data protection responsibilities for information collected or controlled independently by them.
