Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Location: Kensington Office, Harding Green

Working Hours:
· Monday to Friday: 8:45 am to 6:00 pm (with an hour for lunch)
· Possible to work from home 1-2 days a week
· Rotational half-day Fridays

Key Responsibilities:

•Coordinate day-to-day office operations, acting as the first point of contact for agents and the central support team.
•Oversee compliance documentation and ensure company policies and lettings regulations are followed.
•Support the onboarding of new self-employed agents, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, systems, and processes they need.
•Maintain accurate company records, databases, and reporting systems.
•Assist in the coordination of property marketing, listings, and advertising.
•Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure operational requirements are met.
•Support the delivery of internal projects, events, and initiatives.
•Provide administrative support across departments, including preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations.
•Continuously review and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and service.
•Act as a key link between leadership and agents, ensuring smooth communication across the business.

Requirements:

•Previous experience in an operations or administrative coordination estate agency role.
•Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
•Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with a range of stakeholders.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or property management software.
•A proactive, can-do approach with a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
