Patricia was an early stage investor in Harding Green and is one of the most well-known estate agents in London with over 40 years experience in the property market. Patricia started her career with her father’s business, Farleys in South Kensington, which she went on to run very successfully, creating one of the leading independent estate agents in Kensington & Chelsea. The company was floated on The AIM Market in 2003 and five years later merged with a large London corporate agency, where Patricia became an Area Director running eight of their Central London Offices. She has experience across the board having advised clients on development, buy-to-let, BES schemes and REITs. Outside of her property life, Patricia spends a great deal of her time helping and raising money for the charity, Canine Partners.
