Pim is a Dutch property entrepreneur who has worked in London real estate since 2004, beginning his career in South Kensington. In 2009 he founded Assen Residential London, advising family offices and high-net-worth clients on prime central London and Surrey properties.

He also founded the proptech company StudentStay, which was shortlisted by PropertyWeek for Innovation of the Year in 2016 and 2017. He has been involved in over £300 million of residential transactions nationally and internationally, with particular expertise in sourcing off-market and bespoke opportunities.
