Originating from Cheshire, Guy has worked in Residential Agency since 2003. Within 12 months of becoming an agent he was managing and building a market leading team in Holland Park in London. He was headhunted to work for Savills and operated and led teams across Mayfair, Belgravia and Knightsbridge.

In 2018 he was headhunted again and tasked with overseeing and leading the UK business for Sotheby’s International Realty. He quickly established and built a team overseeing significant revenue growth handling some of London’s significant sales. In 2024 Guy was recognised by the Spear’s 500 as one of the UK’s top recommended agents. Guy loves nothing more than working with and helping clients to market and sell their home. In late 2024 he relocated with his family back home to Cheshire and his core focus is now solely on the instruction, marketing and selling of properties across Cheshire.
