Pimlico lies to the south of Belgravia, a prestigious residential area known for its garden squares and Regency architecture, laid out by Thomas Cubitt in the mid-19th Century. The tranquil garden squares are lined with grand porticoed terraces which have, over the years, been mostly converted into spacious apartments, while the houses on the “Pimlico Grid” provide excellent family accommodation.

The area offers an eclectic range of restaurants and old-school public houses, while residents and visitors can enjoy views of the River Thames, along the waterside Thames Path. Pimlico’s proximity to both Belgravia, Victoria and Chelsea provides easy access to all the amenities and schools that are found therein.

Underground rail services are found at Pimlico (Victoria line) and Victoria (Victoria, District and Circle lines). It is also served by National Rail services (including to Gatwick airport) from London Victoria station. Riverboat services to Waterloo and Southwark run from Millbank Millennium Pier.
