The living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor and includes a large corner sofa and an armchair for you to cosy up on and a TV to kick back in front of. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities and has been redesigned to a high standard. Moreover, there is a dining table that can comfortably seat up to four guests. The flat features two spacious bedrooms – both maintain a trendy ambience in its throws and selection of decor and the master bedroom is equipped with an en-suite bathroom. In addition, there is a separate bathroom as well. The apartment has an inviting vibe, and you’ll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

This home is located in Putney. The area has many grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes in easy reach. The home offers easy connection via tube and bus to London’s many exciting neighbourhoods – the perfect base for exploring the best that the city has to offer! The home itself is surrounded by other family homes and cafes, not to mention the variety of parks and commons in the area.

This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.

Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy, perfect for your stay.

We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted.

The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!

The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
